Celebutante Paris Hilton has been ordered to appear in court May 4 to face charges of violating her probation and if found guilty could spend up to 90 days in jail.
Hilton was arrested on Sept. 7 and pled no contest to an alcohol-related reckless driving incident in which she was sentenced to three-years probation. According to city prosecutors Hilton violated her probation when she was picked up for a reckless driving incident in February.
Police pulled the 26-year-old over on the evening of Feb. 28 after she was seen speeding down Sunset Boulevard with her headlights off. She was ticketed for driving on a suspended license, a violation of her probation.
