Two passenger trains traveling in northwest Turkey collided on Sunday, killing the driver of one of the trains and leaving at least seven other people injured.

According to reports one of the trains failed to stop at a signal and slammed into the second train. There have been conflicting reports concerning what caused the driver to miss the stop as some have suggested an electrical problem was to blame while others have said the signal system was working properly at the time of the accident.
