“Am I bearish on 2010, I was asked, since my upside potential referred to in my last post wasn't as great as my potential for downside risks?

 

NO ! I simply see a “market of stocks,” persisting, rather than a overall rise in the stock market, i.e. less of a steady uptrend, and more of an upbeat but sideways trading range with exceptional opportunities to make money in alternating strength as various industry groups take turns hogging center stage…”
