Five Simple Secrets To An Awesome Workamper Program!
Workamper News, a company helping employers meet their recruiting needs with a different demographic, is providing an online course for employers to eliminate recruiting woes by developing a WOW Workamping experience.
January 4th, 2010 - Heber Springs, AR - Workamper News Editor, Steve Anderson, will be presenting an online course starting January 5th, 2010 titled, “Five Simple Secrets to an Awesome Workamper Program” to guide employers in how to hire the right Workampers (people who work while living in an RV) and construct a great Workamping experience to continue a successful program. This program will have 5 webinars in all that will run approximately 75 minutes each and will be held each day at 2pm. Central Time.
There are 4 Modules that can be taken individually or all as a package. Module #1: Why Here Workampers? Understanding the who, what and whys about Workampers. Module #2: Hiring Genesis – Learn how to turn your Workamper program into a WOW program. It all begins with you! Module #3: Hiring Revelations – Procedural Secrets. Over the past 20 years, Anderson has had the opportunity to recruit, interview and hire over 10,000 Workampers. For the first time ever, he’s going to teach his secrets for developing a wow Workamping experience. The course will be a presented as a webinar, which provides participants from all over the country the ability to connect with Anderson via a computer and telephone.
