KANA Software, Inc. (OTC:KANA) has announced that it has finalized the sale of its assets and liabilities to Accel-KKR. The sale was made at a purchase price of $40.82 million. $1.96 million will be held back in escrow for up to fourteen months pending the resolution of certain specified contingencies.
