Bank of America is accused of concealing statements of it’s agreement to offer Merrill Lynch employees a bonus of $5.8 billion prior to its merger. The complaint claims that the company’s stock has been trading at artificially inflated prices due to its misleading statements during that time period. During that time, the company sold certain debt and equity securities which included 455 million shares of common stock at $22 per share raising $10 billion in capital.
