Domino’s CEO Stepping Down to Join University of Michigan as Athletic Director

Today Chief Executive Officer of Domino’s Pizza Inc, David A. Brandon, announced he would step down this March. He will be joining the University of Michigan, his alma mater, as the athletic director. Brandon will remain Domino’s chairman and remain a special advisor throughout 2010.

 

J. Patrick Doyle, president of Domino’s USA, will likely be his successor.

 

The details of the transition are expected to be finalized at the company's Feb. 24 board meeting.

 

Domino’s stock was up 4 cents, or .46 percent, to $8.72.
