IXYS Corporation (IXYS) is a multi-market integrated semiconductor company. The Company specializes in the development, manufacture and marketing of power semiconductors, advanced mixed signal integrated circuits (ICs), application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), and systems and radio frequency (RF) and power semiconductors.
