Porsche December Sales Drop 2 Percent

Porsche Cars North America Inc. announced Tuesday its December sales in the U.S. dropped less than 2 percent, while its full-year sales dropped 24 percent, according to Associated Press.

 

Sales fell to 2,118 vehicles in December, compared to 2,154 in December 2008. In 2009, sales fell to 19,696 vehicles, compared to 26,035 in 2008.

Sales of Porsche's newest model, the 2009 Panamera Gran Turismo, were 521 for the month. The car went on sale in late October.
