Melisa adds, “I find that the device can be helpful in decreasing the amount of pain medications that a patient may take. In addition, I find it especially useful for patients who have difficulty tolerating medications such as muscle relaxants or non steroidal anti-inflammatories.”
The device is small and lightweight and can be worn comfortably under clothes, and also allows the user to go about their daily activities while treating their pain.
