Finance World News Update by EQUITIES Magazine

Some are saying that Google’s new Nexus One smartphone is the company’s “first serious and most public misstep.”

Technology blogger David Coursey at Pcworld.com gave six reasons why Nexus One would be unsuccessful: it is not good at synchronizing with a desktop or laptop computer; shoddy hardware; it puts Google into competition with it’s “partners”; its bad for Android; it’s on T-mobile, the #4 U.S. carrier; Google isn’t a smartphone ecosystem company like Apple.
