The sixth season of Donald Trump’s reality show “The Apprentice” ended with 32-year-old Stefani Schaeffer hearing the $250K phrase “You’re Hired.”
Schaeffer, along with James Sun, Frank Lombardi and Nicole D’Ambrosio were all in the boardroom one final time before Trump sent three packing. Frank and Nicole both got tossed for their poor mini-movie created for Renuzit. Frank took a lot of heat for hiring Surya to help on the final project as Trump pointed out Surya didn’t even like him.
Nicole’s future with Trump was pretty obvious due to her relationship with former contestant Tim Urban.
Trump seemed to have a hard time letting James go, telling him “you’re terrific in every respect. You’re totally creative, I love creative people, but there were certain things and certain dialogue that you gave during the course and you know what I’m talking about, that bothered me very much. You’re an outstanding guy. I really think you’re going to be a big success, but for now, James, you’re fired.”
With James gone the job was Stefani’s.
Earlier in the show Trump had revealed the two job opportunities opened for the wining contestant. Stefani had said she would opt for the position in the Caribbean, overseeing a resort construction project. The other project Trump put on the table was overseeing the construction of Trump Towers Atlanta. Both positions provided a $250,000 salary.
