Dell Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) announced Wednesday that the computer manufacturer has entered the U.S. mobile phone market with a new mobile device, according to Associated Press.
The device, known as the Mini 3, will use both AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T)'s wireless network and Google (NASDAQ: GOOG)'s Android software.

Dell, the world's third-largest computer maker, announced the deal before the official opening of the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
Dell has already built versions of the phone for wireless carriers in China and Brazil. The price and release date for the U.S. model have yet to be disclosed.
