The Company consists of six operating business segments: four geographically determined homebuilding regions; financial services, and corporate. In addition to building single-family detached homes, the homebuilding segments also build attached homes, such as town homes, condominiums and some mid-rise buildings that share common walls and roofs. The Company's financial services segment provides loan origination, and offers mortgage, title, escrow and insurance services. Corporate is a non-operating business segment with the sole purpose of supporting operations.
