The date and time of the meeting was changed in order to allow enough time to consider and respond to a shareholder proposal received by the fund on December 23, 2009. The meeting will discuss a proposal to fix the number of Trustees at 14. Shareholders of record at the close of business on January 11, 2010 are invited to join and vote at the meeting.
