The Company's tuner, amplifier, and upconverter products permit the delivery, reception and exchange of broadband video, audio and data using terrestrial (off-air) and/or cable communications systems. The Company’s tuner products targeting the cable and digital television (DTV) markets are principally in the form of ICs while its tuner products targeting the automotive electronics market are principally in the form of subsystem modules. The Company’s amplifier products are principally in the form of ICs or subsystem modules and its upconverter products are principally in the form of subsystem modules, which also contain its ICs.
