COX CONNECTS WITH LOU DOBBS ON POPULAR RADIO SHOW

GOOOH Leader’s Plan Will Restore Diversity to the House

“The Middle Class is ready to fight back,” stated guest, Tim Cox, in his first words on the January 7th Lou Dobbs radio show.  Cox gave the host a sly plug for his book when he spoke about “this really wise guy who wrote a book on the war on the middle class.”  Dobbs chuckled.

Dobbs welcomed the idea of replacing the entire House of Representatives in the upcoming 2010 elections, the goal of Get Out of Our House, (GOOOH, pronounced “GO”).  Said Dobbs, “The issue is not party affiliation.. The real issue is to create diversity within Congress, and I love that idea. I’ve called for years to see more firemen, teachers, ... and a damn sight fewer lawyers (in Congress).”

Responding to Dobbs’ concern that GOOOH would remove quality representatives such as Michelle Bachmann or Ron Paul, the GOOOH founder replied, “We have to look at the results first,” and rattled off a list of the problems the nation faces, including the quality of education, open borders, and a $12 trillion dollar national debt.  “Our system for selecting representatives is broken,” said Cox. “While some congressmen are good, we have to say, ‘Guys, we have to start over… They need to become senators, they need to become governors, or step aside for the good of the country.”

“We’re going to get 500,000 Americans across the country to rally together,” Cox declared.  Once “critical mass” is achieved, the non-partisan GOOOH system for selecting congressional candidates will activate. Each member will be asked to donate $100, raising $50M for a national media campaign. The GOOOH website gained 11,000 members following Tim Cox’s Sunday morning appearance on Fox & Friends December 20th.

Dobbs concluded the interview with a strong plug for GOOOH: “We’re going to have your website linked to ours.  We’re going to be pushing you, and your idea and your site hard.”  The complete interview can be downloaded from LouDobbs.com
