Zevotek announced yesterday that the request to trade Zevotek's common stock on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) is effective immediately. ZVTK was previously traded on the Pink Sheets, but now with the approval of the U.S. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), they have been cleared to trade on OTCBB.
Commenting on the announcement, Zevotek's CEO, Adam Engel, said, "I am pleased to announce to investors that we successfully completed efforts to list the Company's stock on the OTCBB. I am excited to see our stock begin trading on the Bulletin Board today."
