You are constantly giving me that push to keep expanding me outside of my comfort zone. I didn’t realize that I was my own worst enemy. I was and I still am holding myself back. At least until I speak with you that is.

Pittsburgh, PA March 07, 2014

Josh Caldwell of the American Real Estate Investors Academy is announcing an apprentice training program for real estate investors. Josh is a nationally known real estate investor, author, radio show host, and investor’s club leader.

Josh Caldwell is a successful real estate investor. He is also the Managing Director of the American Real Estate Investors Academy, the President of the Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association, and a mentor to real estate investors across the country. The new apprentice program is the culmination of a career of successful real estate investing and real estate mentoring.

The goal of the apprentice program is to breach the narrow confines of the majority of the mentor programs in existence. Nearly all of the existing real estate investor mentor programs follow the script and investing strategy of a single real estate guru. That is all fine and good, but what happens when the student wants to learn something that isn’t covered by the guru’s course? Up till now, the learning activities of the student played second fiddle to the course taught by the individual real estate guru. The real estate apprentice program is flexible in its learning scope and can bend to accommodate the learning objectives of an individual student.

Mr. Caldwell has taught students to make money in real estate by using a variety of techniques to include wholesaling, rehabbing, options, lease options, subject-too deals, direct mail marketing, internet based marketing, ACTS, REACT, commercial real estate investing, and self-storage investing. He is combining his vast real estate investor knowledge with his network of real estate educators to ensure that any student can benefit from the apprentice program. Students will be matched with an instructor who can teach them what they want to learn and not just what some guru is selling.

To ensure direct one on one attention for each student, mentors are limited to a maximum or only twenty students per teacher. Each teacher/mentor is personally selected based on successful investing track record and teaching ability. Only experienced mentors are allowed to become apprentice mentors.

The real estate apprentice program is designed to be a six month program with focus on direct one on one communication each week. These weekly calls are then supplemented with situation specific emails from student to instructor. No real estate mentor program is this comprehensive.

Unlike other programs, students are not automatically accepted into the program. No amount of cash will guarantee a student a spot in the program. This mentoring program is not about money, it is about success. Each potential student must all undergo an interview process with a mentor before they are accepted or rejected by the program. The interview is designed to weed out students who are unlikely to follow through with the actions required for success.

Due to the limited number of students that each mentor is allowed to teach, and the limited number of qualified mentors, there is likelihood that a student “wait list” will be enacted later in the year. It’s a matter of supply and demand. Demand for the apprentice program will exceed supply.

One current student had this to say about the apprentice program; “You are constantly giving me that push to keep expanding me outside of my comfort zone. I didn’t realize that I was my own worst enemy. I was and I still am holding myself back. At least until I speak with you that is.”

Prospective students are encouraged to apply to this exclusive program by following this link directly to the real estate apprentice page. That page will give potential students a broader feel for the program as well as a chance to ask questions and apply to become an apprentice.  Http://American-reia.com
