SANUWAVE Health, Inc., formerly Rub Music Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a business opportunity. The Company is in development stage. As of December 31, 2008, Rub Music had no arrangement, agreement or understanding with respect to engaging in a merger with or acquisition of a specific business entity. In September 2009, SANUWAVE, Inc. became a subsidiary, through a reverse merger with a wholly owned subsidiary of Rub Music Enterprises, Inc. Pursuant to the merger agreement, SANUWAVE is the surviving entity in the reverse merger with Rub Music's subsidiary. The Company was engaged in music library business and had established a catalogue of copyrighted songs that it intended to license to parties who wished to use the songs and pay royalties for their use. Rub Music has ceased its operations. Effective February 10, 2009, Rub Music transferred its interest in its wholly owned subsidiary, Rub Music Library, Inc., to an individual.
