Music Producer JMusiz Composes Original Score for Eye on Entertainment on Time Warner Cable

Eye on Entertainment on Time Warner Cable Is Hosted by Dawna Lee Heising

Music producer JMusiz composed original music for the opening and closing credits of “Eye on Entertainment” on Time Warner Cable.   JMusiz creates HipHop, rhythm & blues, pop and dance music, and is a member of Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI). Formed in 1939 as a non-profit-making performing right organization, BMI was the first to offer representation to songwriters of all types of music.  BMI was founded by radio executives to provide competition in the field of performing rights, to assure royalty payments to writers and publishers of music not represented by the existing performing right organization and to provide an alternative source of licensing for all music users.

JMusiz began writing songs for local artists in Richmond, Virginia, in 1991 and began to Dee-jay at parties and mix tapes in 1994.  In 1995, he partnered with a local artist producer named Lil Walter and put out a single called "She Told She Love Me" in local record shops.  In 2000, he started producing music for local artists.

In 2005, he worked with First Priority Music in New York, New York, the home of Milk Dee and McLyte and Eamon and Codaray.  First Priority Music has been making hit records for over two decades. It all started back in 1986 when Nat Robinson decided to take his wealth of corporate marketing and sales experience, combine it with his experience in concert/club promotion and open up his own record label, featuring his son Milk Dee.  First Priority Music quickly became successful.

JMusiz composed the track "King of the Dance" on the Codaray MySpace page, and demoed the master by Herb Powers Jr.  JMusiz continues to work with Codaray and Herb Powers Jr. and he has started producing music for Chris Doran from the United Kingdom and for Jerome"Bigfoot" Brailey of the band “P-Funk”.
