Google Inc. is expanding its Internet informational storage in order to allow people to hang on to more digital memories.
The internet goliath made the announcement that they will provide one gigabyte of storage to all Google Docs users free of cost on Tuesday.
Google is pursuing the expansion to allow users to store more videos, photos and other files up to 250 megabytes that could not be saved before. This will also help users to store things over the course of their lifetime like a digital archive.
The move is the latest prong in Google’s plan to make Internet storage cheaper and more convenient rather than being limited to an individual computer.
