Then from health care to careers The Balancing Act welcomes Aloette, a direct sales home-based cosmetics and skincare company.  Deborah Geller, President of the Aloette franchise in Oakville, Canada and Jennifer Cook-Conrad, Executive VP of Aloette of Central South Carolina join the show.  Deborah shares her story about how she was in banking but wanted extra money.  She saw selling Aloette as a temporary fix originally, but made it career eventually by buying a franchise.  Jennifer tells how her mother started selling Aloette when she was four and having parties.
