Larry Birkhead Free to Leave Bahamas with Dannielynn after Virgie Arthur Appeal Turned Down
Not only did Virgie Arthur lose her battle to block Larry Birkhead from taking his daughter out of the Bahamas she was also ordered to pay $3,000 for wasting the court’s time.
Earlier this month DNA evidence proved that Birkhead was the biological father of Dannielynn, the daughter born to Anna Nicole Smith in September. Since that revelation, Virgie Arthur, the mother of Anna Nicole, has been fighting to be awarded custody of the baby.
The court didn’t hold back on Virgie’s attorney either telling the woman “You must descend from theory to reality Miss Rose.” All three judges seemed confused as to why the matter was even before them, knowing that once Dannielynn is taken to the States it will become a custody battle there and not in the Bahamas.
