A letter of intent has been entered by Biopack with Packaging Logistics Incorporated (“PLI”) for distribution of Biopack’s products in Eastern Canada. A distributor and manufacturer of post-consumer recycled pulp packaging, PLI is based out of Canada and through years of experience in successfully selling non-food contact packaging to large retailers, growers and food processors, PLI has looked to extend their offering into food grade packaging.
