Rev. Jesse Jackson and Black Leaders Announce Support of National Urban League’s Plan To Create 3 Million New Jobs at the 13th Annual Wall Street Project Economic Summit

 

WHAT:    In a joint press conference to be held at the Rainbow Push Coalition’s 13th Annual Wall Street Project Economic Summit, African-American Leaders endorse the National Urban League’s Six-Point Jobs Plan For Putting Americans Back to Work. 

 

National Urban League President & CEO Marc H. Morial, by letter to Lawrence Summers, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Lee, has urged President Obama and the Congress to take immediate steps to create at least 3 million new jobs through a six-point plan proposed.
