The shareholders of the company re-elected Larry W. Reaugh, Andris Kikauka, Edward Lee, Paul Hildebrand and Anthony Santelli as directors for the coming year. The company's Chartered Accountants, DeVisser Gray, have been reappointed as auditors of the company and the proposed amendments to their existing Stock Option Plan were approved.

A special resolution at the meeting was also passed that changes the name of the company to "American Manganese Inc.", subject to acceptance of the Registrar of Companies and the TSX Venture Exchange.
