Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. has plans to sell in private offering

BRCD announced today that they have priced $600 in new bonds that it plans to sell in a private offering. The network equipment maker said it will sell $300 million in 6.625 percent notes due in 2018 at 99.239 percent of the principal. It is offering another $300 million in 6.875 percent notes due in 2020 at 99.114 percent of the principal.

 

This offering is expected to close on January 20, 2010.
