Apple is being Sued

In the news today it was announced that Eastman Kodak is suing Apple and BlackBerry maker Research in Motion over technology related to digital cameras in the companies' phones. The reason for this is because they feel Apple Inc.'s iPhone and some BlackBerry models infringe on a Kodak patent covering technology for previewing photos.
