Under the agreement, Dr. Phillips will become the president of the company's 100% owned subsidiary, Evolution Development, LLC.

Dr. Phillips will continue as Adjunct Professor of Wood and Paper Science and Executive in Residence at North Carolina State University. Prior to his retirement in 2005, he spend 34 years with International Paper.
