Merger Complete between Anything Green Online and Custom Cravo Farms, Inc.

Anything Green Online and Custom Cravo Farms, Inc. have completed their merger. The primary focus of this merger will be on the development and operation of commercial scale farms that use the Cravo retractable roof greenhouse technology from Cravo Equipment Ltd.

 

Also announced today was, Mike Broll is now the CEO of Anything Green Online, Inc., an independent company that is in the process of seeking OTCBB trading status as it moves forward with the initiatives stated in previous communications by the company.

 

According to Tim Norton, an executive of Anything Brands Online, "Shareholders will receive a stock distribution based upon their holdings in ANYT that will give them ownership in the new company. We expect to announce the stock distribution program by the end of the month."

 

 

According to Mr. Broll, CEO of Anything Green Online, "Our plans are to develop the Cravo greenhouse farms systematically in the USA and throughout the world. We will take one step at a time with the goal of expanding to meet the needs of our produce clients. The Cravo system has been designed to maximize profits and to manage risks associated with farming. Our firm is committed to deploying this technology on the largest scale possible. We have the team to accomplish our goals and look forward to the challenges that lie ahead."
