The retirement community to be acquired is Riverside at Belfair Retirement Community and is located in Bluffton, South Carolina. The community was built in 200 and consists of 78,000 square feet of property on six acres of land. The community is nearly at full occupancy, although a 23 unit memory care wing will soon be opened on the property.
