At least five people have died and as many as 17 remain missing after several oxygen tanks at a Ukrainian hospital exploded, causing a floors to collapse.
The explosion occurred in Lugansk and according to the health ministry as many as 600 people were in the hospital at the time of the accident. Rescue crews have said they have made contact with several people buried beneath debris and are working to free the victims.
Officials have not said what caused the oxygen tanks to explode but these kinds of disasters are relatively common in older buildings but more often tied to gas for heating and not for oxygen.
