"Enhanced New Home Listing" System - New Homes Section

A system for home builders, that makes it easy to manage their home listings

New Homes Section recently announced the launch of it's "enhanced new home listing" service for home builders. The Enhanced new home listing service gives builders the ability to manually manage their new home listings, upload a targeted advertisement along with their community listings and import and or export an XML feed of their new homes.

An XML feed makes it easy to distribute the same information on multiple websites, one XML feed can be used to display home listings on 100 different websites. The XML feed feature gives home builders the ability to quickly share their property details with other real estate listing portals.

New Homes Section's "Enhanced New Home Listing" system gives small and medium sized home builders access to a free tool that can save thousands of dollars on labor throughout the year. They no longer have to update information about their
new homes several times and can better compete with national home builders for online space.

Home builders are increasingly using the Internet to reach home buyers because it is cost effective and targeted. Best of all, builders are able to reach home buyers while they're looking for information about their products. Unfortunately, keeping several online resources up-to-date is a full-time job.

"Many home builders spend tons of time updating their properties on multiple domains; our enhanced listing system makes it so they only need to update one system - it gives them more time to focus on other things" says Paul Escobedo Vice President of Sales at New Homes Section.

The enhanced new home listing tool reaches the market at a time when home builders are tight on cash and looking for easy ways to cut costs. For more information about New Home Section's enhanced new home listing system, contact Paul Escobedo at paul@newhomessection.com or 480-988-9572.
