Xtreme Motorsports International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: XTMM) has announced that Quicksand Performance LLC has received an exclusive distribution agreement with CSI. CSI imports all of the new PGO BR-500 Side by Side Off Road vehicle. The BR-500 will contain a 500 CC engine, which is currently being tested by the EPA.

The company expects to receive the EPA approval in late March and CARB in May. The all new BR-500 will be released on the company's website in February and Dealer packages will be available in late February. The Exclusive Distribution agreement contains all of North America, and also a non exclusive for Mexico and Dubai.
