Financial analyst Mark McMillan talks about why investors are saying “the glass is half empty.”

 

“The major index ETFs opened lower and then moved even lower to find a bottom a bit less than two hours after the open. From there, trading was modestly higher to sideways before a retest of that earlier bottom took place in early afternoon. With support in place, the major indexes began to regain some of the days losses as they all finished significantly higher than their lows, giving up a good portion of Tuesday’s gains…”
