In April 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Stratton Holding Company, an investment management company. In October 2008, it, bank subsidiaries, Susquehanna Bank and Susquehanna Bank DV were merged into Susquehanna Bank PA, which subsequently changed its name to Susquehanna Bank.
