Carithers Flowers Renovates its Online Store
Atlanta Florist Showcases Renovated Website Design, Enhanced Brand Image, & Greater Functionality
ATLANTA, GEORGIA. (May 23, 2014). Carithers Flowers, the second generation, family-owned Atlanta florist, announced that it has renovated its online store, updating the design of their website, enhanced brand image along with its new logo, and greater functionality.
In commenting on the online store renovation, Carithers Flowers Founder Charles Carithers said, “Because we had recently updated our logo and brand image, it was important to create an online store that mirrored that new look and feel. This alignment helps to extend the brand recognition in the minds of our customers and visitors to our website.”
Carithers added, “In renovating our online store, we also made some functionality changes, including adding more categories like flower design style, more occasions, enhanced gift options, and a larger plant selection. There are also buttons for ‘Recently Viewed’ to easily return to something you were looking at as well as “You Might Also Like, Also, the online store has a more readable design, such as larger buttons for all the social media platforms we use like Facebook, Google+, Twitter, YouTube and our blog. This way, visitors can easily connect with us in other ways and stay up-to-date on the most current and relevant content that has been added.”
Other enhancements to the online store include upgraded shopping cart software and security to ensure a safe and efficient online shopping experience. The online store also works with a further shopping experience found on its Facebook page. When a customer choose to ‘Like’ Carithers Facebook Page, they then have access to Facebook Floral Specials. The website has also been calibrated to work for personal computer viewing as well as smartphone and tablet viewing.
