The acquisition will support Interactive’s strategy to address the latency sensitive trading needs of its customers. It will accelerate the company’s plans to increase its flexibility, gility, and resiliency of its network infrastructure. It will also a wider range of high quality direct exchange access and consolidated datafeed services for the company.
