Baron Davis scored 32 points and dished out 9 assists, Jason Richardson added 25 points and Andris Biedrins finished with 13 points and 13 rebounds as the Golden State Warriors buried the Utah Jazz 125-105 to win their first game of their Western Conference playoff series after dropping the first two contests in Salt Lake City.
Golden State dominated the perimeter, burying 15-32 three-pointers and finished shooting 52 percent from the floor.
The Warriors used a 15-0 run in the first quarter to grab a 19-7 lead but a 12-2 spurt by the Jazz cut their deficit to three and it looked as if the game would shape up to be a close battle. Utah grabbed a one point lead after a 6-0 run only to see the Warriors close the quarter scoring the last four points and take a 30-27 lead into the second quarter.
Golden State then hit six three-pointers in the second period en rout to a 40 point frame and a 21 point lead at the break.
The second half was no easier for the Jazz as they could never get closer than 15 against the sharp shooting Warriors.
Carlos Boozer led the Jazz with 19 points and 11 rebounds in the loss.
Both teams will play again in Oakland on Sunday for game four of their best of seven playoff series.
