Lindsay Lohan Being Sued by Freelance Photographer
Lindsay Lohan along with her mother, Dina, are being sued by freelance photographer Giovanni Arnold who has claimed that the 20-year-old actress ran a BMW into him while leaving a nightclub in New York in March.
Arnold’s attorney, Marc Mauser, said that his client is seeking unspecified monetary damages “for his pain and suffering and his lost wages.”
The lawsuit, filed in the Bronx, alleges after leaving the club the “Georgia Rule” star took the wheel of her mother’s car and put the vehicle in reverse. With Arnold standing directly in front of the BMW Lohan then put the car in drive and knocked the photographer onto the hood and dumped him on the ground.
As a result of the accident Arnold further claims that he “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries” and that the mother-daughter duo were “negligent, careless and reckless.”
No comment has been issued by either Lindsay or Dina Lohan who now have 30 days to respond to the lawsuit.
