Andean Gold Signs MOU to Acquire 60% JV Interest in Gitennes' Urumalqui Gold Silver Project

AndeanGold Ltd. (TSX-V: AAU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Gitennes Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: GIT). The MOU is for AndeanGold to acquire a 60% joint venture (JV) interest in Gitennes' Urumalqui Au-Ag Project. The project is positioned in the Department of Libertad, Peru, about 70km east of the city of Trujillo.
