Katie Holmes None to Thrilled About Porn Tribute

Katie Holmes could be squaring of in a courtroom with Katee Holmes in a battle to keep her name out of porn. Apparently the aspiring porn starlet Katee Holmes elected to change her name as a tribute to Katie Holmes but the 28-year-old wife of Tom Cruise is less than flattered with the gesture.

Now Katie is threatening legal action against the 18-year-old fashion student Katee, who has expressed a desire to lose her virginity in her film debut.

Those in the Katie camp have called the name change “a really cheap shot” and a spokeswoman for Cruise said “Obviously, Tom would support Katie in anything she decides to do about it.”
