The three major indices hit new session highs in early afternoon trading. 4 stocks made gains for everyone that declined on Monday as the S&P 500 and 25 of the 30 Dow components enter the green. The tech-laden Nasdaq Composite wasn’t making as many gains as the other indices as technology continues to make losses. Despite this the Nasdaq is up a full percentage point.
