Need a reason to stay active through the end of summer? Take the 10 for 10 Yoga Challenge with MyYogaWorks starting August 11th. Commit to practicing yoga for 10 minutes a day for 10 days to help you build or rebuild your practice that has maybe slipped away. It’s also a great way to commit to your health, happiness and well-being. It’s amazing how great you can feel with just 10 minutes of online yoga.
Once you sign up, you will have the option to choose between Beginner or Advanced classes featuring expert YogaWorks teachers. Once signed up, participants will receive a daily email with the days class. On the days you are feeling stronger, try the advanced yoga classes and if you are looking for a more mellow practice, try the beginner class that day.
