Yadkin Valley Financial has reported that the available net income to common shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2009 totaled to $3.2 million, or $0.20 per share, compared to a net loss available to common shareholders of $2.57 million, or $0.22 per share, for the fourth quarter that ended December 31, 2008. Net interest income for the fourth quarter of 2009 increased to $17.86 million from $9.63 million for the fourth quarter of 2008.
Net interest income for 2009 was $63.71 million, compared to $39.99 million for 2008.
