Dawna Lee Heising of
“Eye on Entertainment” on Time Warner Cable interviewed in-demand celebrity
and high fashion photographer Rodney Young at the W Hotel in Los Angeles on Thursday, January 28, 2010. Young is based in northern Virginia
and has over 20 years of experience in photography, but he works all over the
country, especially in New York
and along the East Coast, for the many magazines in which his fantastic work is
featured. Rodney got his start in photography while still in high school, where
he was a star athlete in football and track.He became a sports photographer for USA Today, and then discovered his
talent for fashion and celebrity photography.His work has appeared in numerous different publications, including
Supermodels Unlimited, Brides Noir, Ujena, Purple Fashion and Black & White
(in Australia) magazines and many others.Young is already one of the top fashion photographers, but his goal is
to continually expand his photographic skill set and learn new techniques from
his peers.He also believes in mentoring

The show also featured Jasmine Ibrahim, who specializes in
makeup and hair for television, film, photo/video shoots and live events. She
has more than three years of international experience and training, and
realized this field was her passion soon after joining San Francisco's Benefit Cosmetics in 2004.
Working behind the scenes with some of today's top cosmetic lines developed
Ibrahim into an expert on the products used on her clients. She believes
"you must study and play with every ingredient in order to over-achieve
your desired outcome." Her creativity and consistency have brought her
clients like Supermodels Unlimited Magazine, Nordstrom Runway, HG-TV and The

Entertainment interview was in conjunction with Young and Ibrahim’s visit to Los Angeles to create
covers for Supermodels Unlimited Magazine, and work on the spectacular
Supermodels Unlimited Grammy party and fashion show, which was held at Avalon
and hosted by Gilles Marini. In its seventh year of publication, Supermodels

The photo shoot also featured Venus Day, the founder of the
Ambassadorial Society of America, as well as an international philanthropist
who is experienced in the worldwide management of water as a resource, marine
mammal conservancy and the foundation of pure water systems in developing
nations. Day traveled to the Engeye Health Clinic in Uganda (www.engeye.org) to purify water and assist in
