Lindsay Lohan back in rehab

Only days after getting a DUI, and possible drug charges, actress Lindsay Lohan is checking back into rehab. Earlier this year the 20-year-old checked into Wonderland but this time around she opted for Promises, the same rehab center that recently treated pop singer Britney Spears.

The young actress is "willingly" checking into promises because she "finally realizes it is the right thing to do." Lohan is currently scheduled to make a court appearance on August 24.
