Anna Nicole Smith Saga Continues as Larry Birkhead Being Sued by Former Attorney
It took Larry Birkhead months to prove that he was the father of Dannielynn Hope, the baby daughter of Anna Nicole Smith, and now the attorney that helped him prove it is suing the former model for not paying his bill.
Debra Opri represented Birkhead during much of the highly publicized battle to determine the paternity of Dannielynn. Opri stepped down as Birkhead’s attorney before the DNA results revealed that he was in fact the girl’s father. Shortly after removing herself from the dispute Opri made claims that Birkhead had failed to pay hundereds of thousands of dollars in legal fees.
On Tuesday Opri formally filed a lawsuit against Birkhead but a dollar amount was not specified.
