The Police have their first major performance in 20 years
Last night kicked off Police’s first major tour in 20 years. Sting’s son made the opening performance last night.
The Police broke up in 1984, and Sting went on to sing solo. Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland went on to other careers. The rock band hopes that their reunion will be a huge success and rival recent performances by U2 and the Rolling Stones. This summer they plan to join Genesis, Van Halen and the Eagles for a reunion.
